The Tech School Cap

Worn, torn, trod on, thrown in the mud (by others) including keeping brains warm in winter. Usual duration of life, Form Gamma. The one shown here was purchased in the 1950's and amazingly survived those ordeals of the past.

The School Rugby Scrum Cap

Offering the minimum of protection when compared with those of today's design. This scrum cap was worn by a pupil whose theory was that by wearing it he would avoid cauliflower ears particularly playing in the position of Hooker for the school team and under the old rules of play.
